Cucumber and Yoghurt Salad
Today we present to you the easy and fast way to make Cucumber and Yogurt Salad, served with Kibbeh in a plate.
4 cups of full fat sour milk
Half a cup of water
2 cloves of smashed garlic
1 Teaspoon of dried mint
Small salt spray
Half a teaspoon of sour lemon juice
Your unique special touch
In a bowl, mix sour milk with water, garlic, salt and sour lemon juice.
Chop the cucumber finely.
Add the chopped cucumber to the yogurt mix and blend it all together.
Add the dried mint and mix
Serve this salad cold with Kibbeh in a plate
