Maybe you’ve seen it in a movie since it’s a pretty famous dish. And you’ve always thought of trying it, but could never figure out where they serve it!

6 cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons salt
Two tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons green coriander
Kg of Molokhia
4 cups chicken broth
And like always a touch of love never hurt
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and then fry the garlic until it dilutes.
Add coriander and mix to get a golden color. Leave the mixture aside.
If you use frozen Molokhia, remove it from the freezer before a little while so it is ready.
If you use fresh Molokhia, wash the leaves, dry them thoroughly and then finely chop them.
In another saucepan, heat the chicken broth and add it to the Molokhia with salt.
Let the mix on fire boil for two minutes.
When serving, put the garlic mixture over the Molokhia after heating and boil for 2 minutes.
