The famous Mushroom Chicken Piccata from Italian Cuisine.
Today like every day, we are delighted to bring to you yet another one of our famous, delicious and exclusive recipes. We call it: Chicken like you never had before! So without further due here is the preparation procedure.
Mushroom Chicken Piccata
Half a kilo fillet of chicken breasts
A cup of flour
A cup of milk
Half a cup of cream
A bottle of fresh mushrooms
One-quarter cup of oil
2 tablespoons of butter
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper
Cover the fillet with flour from every side
In a non-stick pan, heat half the quantity of the oil. Sauté the chicken pieces until they reach a golden color, on both sides, and remove them from the pan.
In the same pan, place two butter spoons and one oil spoon, and then flip the mushrooms in batches until you cook them fully and are well done.
Remove the Mushroom from the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of flour, and flip for 1 minute, then add the milk and cream, and flip quickly
Return the mushrooms and chicken to the pan, and season with salt and black pepper, and let the ingredients simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the chicken with the creamed parmesan with pastas in cream and green salad
