  • 250 gm Quinoa Seeds
  • 200 gm Wild Thyme
  • 5 Leaves of Coriander
  • 250 gm Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 Flowers of Boiled Broccoli
  • 1 Indian Onion

Ingredients Of The Dressing:

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Coriander
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice


  1. Boil the quinoa over low heat for 10 minutes then cool it promptly.

  2. Cut the onions into very thin slices and mix with thyme, coriander, cherry tomatoes and broccoli.

  3. Mix the ingredients well with the dressing.
