750 grams of salmon filet

75 ml of olive oil

3 tablespoons of rice vinegar

3 tablespoons of brown sugar

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons chopped ginger

Honey and sesame sauce

3/4 cup of honey

Two tablespoons of sesame oil

Two tablespoons of soy sauce

Two tablespoons of roasted sesame

2 tablespoons of fresh chopped ginger


Place the salmon fillet with the soaking ingredients, and then keep the mixture in the fridge for 8 hours

Remove the salmon from the fridge, place it in a tray with butter paper in it, and heat in the oven for 15 minutes

Remove the tray from the oven, place honey and sesame sauce, and serve the dish with boiled rice and vegetables
